In an exclusive interview with TV WEEK, the pair said they are ready to show off the expertise.
“A lot of what people have seen us do on TV has been design and planning-oriented, but they haven’t perhaps realised we’ve also done a lot with property – buying, renovating and selling,” Mark, 61, tells TV WEEK.
Given the various design styles, Mitch revealed that compromise is important.
“We can show people who might be fixated on a particular suburb what their money can buy in the one next door,” the 60-year-old explained. “Or how – if they want to stay in a location – they might have to consider something different to what they thought they could afford.

“It can be a lot of compromise – which is hard for me, because prior to coming on the show, my understanding of compromise was different: if Mark and I have different ideas on how something should go, the compromise part comes in when Mark finally realises I’m right and agrees with me.”
Location, Location, Location was adapted for Australian viewers by Foxtel and previously aired from 2012-2014. But it was originally a series developed in the United Kingdom, hosted by Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp and aired for more than 23 years.
In February 5, 2023, the duo announced they would be hosting the new series via their joint Instagram account.
